Customised solutions for pump technology

Bespoke lifting stations & pumping stations

Challenging topography, complex installation sites and variable wastewater volumes call for well-thought-out drainage solutions. To this end, we offer a wide range of pumping stations and lifting stations. If the standard solution isn’t suitable, we respond with bespoke designs that are perfectly tailored to your specific challenges. The following application examples demonstrate how we put our many years of expertise into practice.

Beispiel 1

Large installation depths

If there is insufficient gradient or the inlet channel is situated at a great depth, pumping stations with large installation depths are required. Where such specific hydraulic, topographical or structural constraints apply, this calls for bespoke solutions.

Customised hybrid lifting stations

The best of both worlds: hybrid lifting stations combine the operational reliability of a conventional lifting station with the cost-effective principle of gravity gradient. They only pump during backwater – during normal operation, however, the wastewater flows by itself under the force of gravity. As a result, bespoke hybrid solutions deliver significant energy savings, reduce wear and tear on equipment and lower maintenance costs in the long term.

GRP engineering chambers

Corrosive media, extremely high static load requirements, unusual geometries or challenging logistical conditions: when the going gets tough and concrete and polymer reach their limits, it is advisable to use GRP engineering chambers made from glass-fibre-reinforced plastic – modular, flexible and made to measure.
