Chamber systems

Secure housing for the equipment

Engineering chambers provide a safe location for technical equipment, fittings and control units of all kinds: protected from frost and easily accessible. KESSEL engineering chambers are made from polymer or glass-fibre-reinforced polymer (GRP) – modular, flexible and durable.

Field of application

Whether they are complete pumping stations, shut-off valves, control cabinets or devices for taking wastewater samples: in engineering chambers, pumping systems, valves, measurement and control technology, and sampling equipment are housed safely underground. They thus house the technology required for specific tasks within the drainage system, such as interrupting or regulating the flow of wastewater, pumping water to higher levels or over long distances, or collecting water for specific purposes.

All KESSEL shaft systems are manufactured from polymer. This offers several advantages, including low weight, absolute tightness, corrosion resistance and impressive durability. And when maximum stability and extremely high durability are required? That’s where our glass-fibre-reinforced polymer models come in.
