Customised solutions for free-standing installation
In the case of free-standing installation, unlike with underground installation, the grease separator is installed inside buildings, for example in frost-free basement rooms, plant rooms or specialised service rooms. Free-standing installation is particularly ideal where there is no space outdoors, where high groundwater levels or pipes and cables running through the ground make underground installation difficult, or where short distances between the point of wastewater generation and the separator system are required.

Special installation situations call for bespoke solutions. These include modified inlet and outlet heights, as well as customised dimensions that fit perfectly into the spatial conditions on site. Even irregular basic shapes or alternative arrangements of the pumping equipment can be implemented with ease. This ensures optimum functionality, even in rooms with awkward layouts.
Large dimensions
Slaughterhouses, fish-processing plants, dairies or commercial kitchens: high performance is essential in environments subject to particularly heavy demands. This is achieved through larger nominal sizes, increased sludge trap capacity or discharge pumps with greater pumping capacity and/or increased pumping height. With the help of a technical upgrade in the field of pump technology, we can also adapt the EasyClean free model series to individual requirements.
