Accessories for lifting stations

CleverVent ventilation diverter

The next generation of ventilation pipes

If a lifting station for water with sewage is installed in a building, a ventilation pipe is mandatory. This means cutting through ceilings and running risers all the way up through the roof. This is usually expensive, labour-intensive and time-consuming to carry out. All that is now a thing of the past! The CleverVent ventilation system is the innovative new product for new builds and renovations that requires absolutely no additional building work: affordable, clean, sustainable and quick.

And this is how it works: CleverVent is installed in the same room as the lifting station. Its design allows air to circulate freely. Inside, there is also a floater. If a backflow occurs, the floater is lifted by the water. The ball above the floater then opens the path for aeration and ventilation through the activated carbon filter into the room – even during a power cut. CleverVent is available with sockets in nominal sizes DN 90, DN 100, DN 125, DN 150 and DN 200.

Possible applications

CleverVent is used in conjunction with a lifting station when it is impossible or difficult to provide ventilation via the roof. In this case study, we use an example to illustrate a typical application for the CleverVent ventilation diverter.

Great value for money

Ceiling penetrations on every floor – this can often be expensive. If a ventilation pipe needs to be installed in a detached house, the cost of a standard installation averages 1,463 euros. For a commercial property with more than one floor, the price rises to around €2,650. In contrast, for the combination of the CleverLoop system separator and the CleverVent ventilation diverter, the cost of purchasing the products is just €530 in both cases.

Great for the environment

Why take the long way round when the short route leads to the same destination? With the CleverVent ventilation diverter, you save on valuable materials – from pipes and additional fire protection equipment right through to installation accessories. What’s more, the product is made from 66 per cent recycled material. This not only helps reduce a construction site’s carbon footprint but also saves valuable time during installation.

Top marks for quality of life

Previously, it was necessary for the ventilation pipe to run through every floor up to the roof. Thanks to the CleverVent ventilation diverter, all these ceiling penetrations are no longer needed, meaning that no more unsightly pipes have to be laid throughout the entire building. This means that no more valuable space is wasted, whilst at the same time the living spaces gain in aesthetic appeal and quality of life. This solution is not only invisible within the building, but also inaudible: thanks to optimal sound insulation, there is no longer any disturbance from noise.
