Commissioning the EasyClean ground Multi Scope of services • Carrying out a check in accordance with the inspection card (Aquapump XL) • Proper instruction on the design, function and operation of the systems • Explanation of the control measures to be carried out monthly by the owner-operator • Setting of all system-specific parameters in accordance with local conditions (e. g. Sonic Control for grease separators) • Reference to the owner-operator's statutory maintenance obligations • Option to conclude a maintenance contract with the client (regular maintenance is a prerequisite for the warranty and insurance cover) • Handover of the systems in a safe and functional condition Requirements on site • A contact person must be on site throughout the entire commissioning process. • Free access to the systems and the respective control units • Switching/warning and control devices are installed correctly • Electrical components, pumps and level sensors are installed and correctly connected. • Aquapump XL pump is hooked up • Grease separator (version without technology) is completely filled with water • Hose connection is available in the immediate vicinity of the systems • Wastewater discharge is connected • Inlet, drain and vent pipes are installed • Pressure pipe (Aquapump XL) is fully installed • Disposal pipe and water connection to the filling unit (grease separator) are available • Pump chamber is in a clean condition • Inlet pipes are flushed • All electrical components and small parts are available on site • For systems with remote control: the remote control is installed and the control cable is laid and connected on site • Installation and operating instructions must be available on site. • For versions with a pump (grease separator): instruction is provided during the initial disposal process; a waste disposal company must be provided. Chamber systems The following requirements apply for service or commissioning work in chamber installations in accordance with BGV C5 § 34 and BGR 236: • Clearance measurement of sewer gases • Use of anti-fall protection equipment • Provision of an additional safety attendant • The safety attendant must be provided by the customer and must be present for the entire duration of the commissioning Maintenance obligations for grease separators • Annual maintenance required by a competent expert / inspector Lifting stations (Aquapump XL) in accordance with DIN EN 12056 4 Commercial business every 3 months Apartment buildings every 6 months Detached houses annually Notes • Fixed commissioning rate for grease separators: max. 1.5 hours of a technician being on-site • Aquapump XL commissioning rate: max. 2 hours of a technician being on-site • Any additional costs incurred will be charged according to actual expenditure. • Prices quoted are net prices and are not subject to a discount. • For grease separator versions PV, D+S and M, instruction is provided as part of the initial disposal process. • Processing time from order placement to execution: approx. 10–15 working days • Prices include travel to and from the site.
