Grease separator "G"
The description "G" stands for grease separator basic version. The version corresponds to the requirements according to DIN EN 1825 and DIN 4040-100.
The odour-tight domed covers of the grease separator have to be opened for emptying and cleaning. Extraction and rinsing of the grease separator takes place manually. Cleaning and rinsing are preferably carried out using hot water through the servicing openings.
