The ecolift.kessel.de website offers useful product information as well as educational videos describing Ecolift use for private and commercial applications. With the Ecolift, KESSEL offers a real alternative to a standard pump / lifting station. During normal conditions the Ecolift uses the natural slope of the drainage pipe to allow wastewater to leave the building. It is only during backwater that the Ecolift operates by pumping wastewater through a pressure pipe over the backwater level and into the public sewer. This unique advantage reduces power consumption, reduces wear and tear on the system as well as reducing the bothersome noise of a standard pump / lifting station.
